This path eventually led him to the Prince of Kuwait’s permanent residence, where he spent months preparing private banquets for the royal circle. Joseph then brought that "palace-grade" discipline to London, where he successfully managed prestigious Mediterranean establishments like Fakherldine and Phoenicia.
