A Journey of Royal Standards

Joseph’s journey began in the elite Hotel Management School of Beirut, sparking a lifelong passion for the history of global cultures. His talent was recognized early, winning "Best Chef of the Year" awards in Dubai and Kuwait as he mastered the high-pressure world of international resorts.

This path eventually led him to the Prince of Kuwait’s permanent residence, where he spent months preparing private banquets for the royal circle. Joseph then brought that "palace-grade" discipline to London, where he successfully managed prestigious Mediterranean establishments like Fakherldine and Phoenicia.
